Overcoming Negative Self-Talk – FREE Workshop

The words and thoughts we use to ‘put ourselves down’ have a knock-on effect on our confidence, self-esteem, and life goals.

The Overcoming Negative Self-Talk workshop aims to show us how to turn our inner critic into an inner coach and ‘encourager ‘.

It starts by helping us to spot the usual ‘put-downs’ which we tend to resort to when we are frustrated with our selves.

We will then try out simple exercises to re-script them.

The idea is to turn these ‘put-downs’ into self-reflection and encouragement, it’s more about taking part than taking notes.

No previous knowledge is necessary…just a willingness to have a go.
