Domestic Violence and Abuse Team Manager
(maternity leave cover)
Birmingham LGBT is recruiting a temporary Domestic Violence and Abuse (DVA) team manager for six months to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide line management support and supervision to the members of the LGBT Domestic Violence and Abuse (DVA) team. They will also maintain multi-agency links and partnerships through protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of the survivors of domestic violence and abuse. They will also maintain statistical and monitoring information and will produce monitoring reports for funders.
The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the Birmingham LGBT Centre in central Birmingham.
| Salary | £34,850 (pro-rata approx. 50%) plus up to 5% matched pension contributions |
| Based at | Birmingham LGBT Centre, 151 Hurst Street, Birmingham B5 6EW. |
| Working hours | 18.5 hours per week. |
| Annual leave | 25 days (pro-rata approx. 50%) plus bank holidays. |
| Reports to | Chief Operating Officer |
