Ageing Well Together brings together people from the LGBT community who are involved in Ageing Better Networks already, or who are interested in setting up Networks and planning activities, which can be supported by Ageing Better and the Ageing Better Fund.

Ageing Well Together is an Ageing Better Network

The Ageing Better LGBT Hub has set up a Forum for LGBT people who are aged 50 and over, to come together to discuss the causes of isolation in the community and start to develop ideas for solutions.

Meeting: Saturday 26th November, 11am – 1pm followed by buffet lunch.

Our first meeting will give the Forum the opportunity to discuss the findings of our LGBT community survey and plans for how the Ageing Better in Birmingham programme can support activities to tackle the causes of social isolation. We will also look at setting the agenda for the next few meetings.
Forum membership is open to anyone who identifies as LGBT, and is aged 50 or over. The Forum will meet every two months and Forum members can attend as many meetings as they wish.
