From September 2017 we are excited to add two NEW, FREE fitness classes to our timetable in the Vault!
on MONDAYS at 6pm we are introducing a HIIT -style class, which will certainly get your heart rate pumping at the start of the week! HIIT is perfect for those looking to lose weight, increase strength and stamina, and learn some tips on working out at home. HIIT stands for HIGH IMPACT INTERVAL TRAINING. HIIT WILL START ON OCTOBER 2ND AT 6PM.
PILATES on Wednesdays at 8am is a huge success, so we are continuing this throughout September and into the Autumn. Come along and really work on that posture!
and finally Anna, our fantastic Yoga instructor, will be adding ANOTHER BEGINNER’S YOGA on Tuesday mornings at 11am, from September 4th. Our Friday evening classes are so popular they are often full, so we’re adding a second class!
TABLE TENNIS is moving slightly earlier from September 26th – 5pm-6.30pm! Please also be aware there will be NO table tennis on 19th September.
All our other classes continue to run as usual. We are currently looking for a new Table Tennis volunteer to keep the Table Tennis group running on a Tuesday evening. If you are interested, or have any questions about any of the activities, please email email@example.com.
