We are excited to announce a new fitness class on Saturdays – Aerobics and Tone, with Nick, 10.30am-12.00pm, followed by an optional cool-down stretch.
The class takes place in the Vault at Birmingham LGBT and is completely FREE.
Come along this Saturday and take part!
