Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a well sought after educational course that teaches people how to identify, understand and help a person who may be struggling with their mental health.

In the same way as we learn physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognize those crucial warning signs of mental ill health.

The course which will be facilitated by mental health practitioners from Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust is aimed at equipping people with knowledge and skills to understand and manage their own mental health as well as that of others close to them.

There are only 20 places on this course, book yours by following this link, https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/mental-health-first-aid-training-tickets-46405796988
