Join Birmingham LGBT at the Centre from 2pm on Saturday 25th June for an afternoon workshop to build up a toolkit of tips and techniques to improve your Wellbeing.
In keeping with this year’s Men’s Health Week theme ‘beating stress’ we will be running a FREE Men’s Wellbeing event open to all LGBT Men. The aim of this afternoon event will be to build up a toolkit of easy to use tips, skills, and techniques to improve your physical, mental, and sexual wellbeing.
Over the afternoon staff will work with you to build a series of simple strategies that can easily be incorporated into your day-to-day life to improve your overall wellbeing. Areas covered will include:

Simple ways to incorporate physical activity into your everyday life to help boost fitness and physical wellbeing.

Practical tools and activities to help you work through your feelings and improve your mental wellbeing.

Key tips and facts to understand your body and how to maintain healthy sexual wellbeing.
