Plus up to 5% matched pension contributions
Flexible 18 hours per week, with regular evening and weekend work
25 days annual leave (pro rata)
Contract 9 months fixed term, ongoing subject to funding
Responsible to: Operations Manager Wellbeing Services
Based: Central Birmingham
 
Following a period of reflection and change, Shout Festival is recruiting a Senior Creative & Community Producer to lead the festival producing team to programme the festival, working directly with the LGBTQ+ community to co-create events.
