Here’s a spotlight on some of the fantastic companies that we have here in Birmingham.
 
We don’t settle
We Don’t Settle is committed to working with communities of empowered young people who are minoritised by society, systems and structures. They cultivate creativity, embrace cultures, and they live and breathe heritage.
 
Lunar Campfires is a space for young People of Colour to shape how we discuss personal identity, culture and representation. At every event, you can expect a meaningful space, cathartic discussion, activities, food and a lot of learning. It is also a great way to meet and network with like-minded people who share a passion for these themes, learn from intercultural experiences, and hear new perspectives that will help develop your critical thinking in an ever-changing world
 
 
Colours youth network
Colours Youth Network believes in the importance of creating spaces where LGBTQ young people of colour’s racial, cultural, spiritual, and religious identities are centred.
 
​Colours Youth Network uplifts, supports and empowers young people of colour who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex (QTIPOC) aged 16-25, to explore and celebrate who they are through meaningful connections to other young people and a team of experienced QTIPOC youth workers.​
 
 
 
Legacy centre of excellence
The Legacy Centre of Excellence is a Business and Arts centre dedicated to innovation and the elevation of the local West Midland Community.
 
They host various events and programmes as well as assist the community by offering upskilling opportunities, alerts for job vacancies, adult education programmes and training programmes.
