Trans Youth Worker

Birmingham LGBT is recruiting a youth worker to work with young trans, non-binary, and gender questioning people in a way that prioritises their safety and personal development, in both a group work and one-to-one setting. To organise a programme of activities and provide support and information.

The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the Birmingham LGBT Centre in Central Birmingham.

Terms:

Salary £23,947 (pro rata) 18.5 hours per week, with up to 5% matched pension contributions.

12 months fixed term (ongoing subject to funding)
