Date: Saturday,  03/03/2018

Time: 10am – 3pm

Venue: The Café, Birmingham LGBT Centre

Spring, with all it’s sense of  anticipation offers an opportune time to review goals and targets for the year.

The “Spring Clean & Reboot” workshop is a free fun and interactive one-day workshop with psychologist and author Dr. Gary Wood.

It is aimed at providing  guidance on how to create your own personal development action plan and keep it on track.

The workshop will involve a series of short but effective techniques which you‘ll be invited to pick out from and try out for a month. These techniques are designed to fit in, rather than take over the day.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions but most importantly, be prepared to have fun!

Please Note: The workshop design assumes ‘average’ ability in terms of mobility, literacy and sensory abilities. If you have specific requirements, please make these known at the time of booking.

Light refreshments will be provided during the workshop.

There are limited spaces so book your place early by emailing eventscoordinator@blgbt.org.
