Free condoms, lube, dams & Gloves
Free HIV Rapid testing
Free STI & Hep C testing
Partner testing
One to one support and access to counselling services
Plus a walk in clinic every Thursday at the LGBT Centre.

Sexual Health Services Manager Matt Lopez states “We’re really pleased about the great opportunity we have to provide culturally appropriate, competent and quality accessible sexual health services to LGBT people across Birmingham and Solihull.”

Other new services include a Peer Mentoring programme offering LGBT community members the opportunity to be paired with Trained Volunteer Peer Mentors to share experiences to support participants to have a happy, healthy sex life and support them to have greater understanding of looking after their own well-being.

The Living Well project aims at improving the well-being, resilience and reducing isolation of LGBT individuals through workshops, courses, events and one to one support. Ageing Better is an exciting initiative which aims to help older people become more involved in their local communities and have a voice in service provision.

Health & Wellbeing Manager David Viney comments, “The new range of services offer something for everyone, our professional team are here to help and support you improve your wellbeing and make positive changes in your life.”

Birmingham LGBT is the city’s leading charity advocating for and supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities in the city and beyond. All of our services are free to access and run from the Birmingham LGBT Centre on Holloway Circus.

Our award winning team believe passionately that Birmingham should be one of the best places in the UK for LGBT to live, work and socialise, and work to enable a thriving, visible and PROUD LGBT community in the city.
